Our team arrives ahead of your session to get everything in place. The sauna is set up, the fire is lit, and the temperature is brought up to the perfect level.
You enjoy
Up to 6 people at a time. Relax, socialise, and take it at your own pace. With our attended service, we'll tend the fire and keep things running perfectly.
Wind down
As your session draws to a close, our team arrives to cool and clean the sauna and take care of all the pack-down — so you don't have to lift a finger.

The Ice Bath
Every booking includes an ice bath for the full hot-cold experience between sauna rounds. You'll need an outside tap at your location — and ice ready for your session (not included).

We set up the sauna, get the fire going, bring it up to temperature, and brief you on how everything works — then leave you to it. We return at the end to cool down and collect.

A member of our team stays for the duration. We tend the fire, maintain the perfect temperature, assist guests safely in and out, and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Your wellbeing
comes first.
Sauna bathing is a wonderful experience, but it's important to go in informed. Please read the following before your session.
If you have any doubts about whether sauna bathing is right for you, please consult your GP before booking. We're always happy to answer questions too.
Take extra care or consult a doctor if you have:
- A heart condition or high/low blood pressure
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Epilepsy or neurological conditions
- Respiratory conditions such as severe asthma
- Skin conditions aggravated by heat
- Immunocompromised or on certain medications
- Recent surgery or injury
General safety guidelines
- Stay hydrated — drink water before, during, and after
- Do not use the sauna under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Take breaks and cool down between rounds
- Listen to your body — exit immediately if unwell
- No guests under the age of 16 are permitted to use the sauna
- Let us know about any medical conditions when you enquire

Sea Smoke Sauna is based in Wareham, Dorset. Bookings within 10 miles are included in the standard price. Beyond 10 miles, a travel surcharge of £3 per additional mile applies.
